from a VHS tape and looks to be low in generation. sound and picture is not bad.
some stage shots and lots of close ups or Tori. i have a marilyn manson
bootleg plus others i cant remember from New York that are from this taper.
you can tell the way he shoots shows and he is good so maybe that helps people realize
who the filmer is on this. i grabbed this from Demonoid if that helps as well.

If anyone has a low generation "Toronto,April 28th 1998" dvd to share please do!
