Note: The original SHNs were not ripped using EAC, losing the original
tracking. A cue sheet from another properly tracked original CDR was used
on the old SHNs, joined by shntool, to generate properly tracked WAVs.
The original ripper was not willing to use EAC to re-rip, and the other
original CDR would not extract track 13, so the old SHNs were reused.
